On Owaisi's Instructions, AIMIM Leaders and Borabanda Residents Meet Hyderabad Collector Over Graveyard Land Demand

Hyderabad: Acting on the instructions of AIMIM President and Hyderabad MP Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi, a delegation led by Anwar Sadat, AIMIM Incharge for Jubilee Hills and Kukatpally, along with residents of Borabanda Division, met Hyderabad District Collector Harichandana Dasari (I.A.S) on Saturday afternoon.
The purpose of the meeting was to formally request the allocation of new land for a Muslim graveyard in the Borabanda area, which falls under the Jubilee Hills Constituency.

The delegation highlighted the long-standing issue of the absence of burial space in the locality, which has caused immense difficulties for Muslim families during times of bereavement. They emphasized the urgent need for suitable land within Borabanda to ensure dignified burial practices are upheld.

Police Crackdown in Borabanda: Over 220 Houses Searched, Dozens of Vehicles Seized in Cordon & Illegal Parking Drive In response to the instructions issued by the Hyderabad City Police Commissioner, a massive cordon and search operation was conducted under the jurisdiction of the Borabanda Police Station. The operation targeted the Sanjay Nagar and Sri Ram Nagar localities. Led by ACP Govardhan, police teams thoroughly searched over 220 houses in the area.
