Youth Congress Jubilee Hills President Shaik Khalid Pasha Files Complaint Against BRS MLA Kaushik Reddy Over Remarks on CM Revanth Reddy
Hyderabad: In a significant political development, Shaik Khalid Pasha, President of the Youth Congress, Jubilee Hills Constituency, has lodged a formal complaint against BRS MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy at the Jubilee Hills Police Station. The complaint pertains to the obscene and defamatory remarks made by the MLA against Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy.
The complaint was submitted to Circle Inspector K. Venkateshwara Reddy, with Youth Congress leaders demanding immediate and appropriate legal action against the BRS legislator for his baseless and damaging allegations.
Padi Kaushik Reddy, during a media interaction on Friday, made controversial statements accusing CM Revanth Reddy of orchestrating a massive phone tapping operation, allegedly targeting MLAs, MLCs, MPs, and even film industry personalities—including actresses—using private hackers, as reported by Siasat.
Speaking on behalf of the Youth Congress, Shaik Khalid Pasha strongly condemned the statements, calling them an insult to the office of the Chief Minister and a direct attack on the democratic fabric of the state. He emphasized that such irresponsible and slanderous comments must not be tolerated.
The Jubilee Hills Youth Congress team was present at the police station during the filing of the complaint, reinforcing the party’s stand against defamatory political discourse and misuse of public platforms.
