Hyderabad, July 1, 2024: In a significant judgment, the Hon'ble VI ADJ Court, Kukatpally at Prashanthnagar has convicted three accused - Mohd Mujahid @ Mujju (A1), Mohammed Jilani Pasha (A2), and Mohammed Firoz Khan (A3) - in a case related to murder, conspiracy, and illegal arms possession.

The court has sentenced A1 and A2 to life imprisonment under Section 302, 120-B, IPC and Section 27(3) of the Arms Act, with a fine of Rs. 5000 each. Additionally, they have been sentenced to five years in prison under Section 25 (1B)(a) of the Arms Act, with a fine of Rs. 1000 each.
