HYDERABAD WITNESS HEAVY RAINFALL IN MANY PARTS OF AREAS

On Monday, the clouds were hovering since morning in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad and the rainfall started in the evening which continued till late in the night.

As a result of continuous rainfall, water stagnation was witnessed on the roads which caused a lot of traffic disruptions. There were reports of rainfall water inundating the low-lying areas as well.

There was heavy rainfall recorded in Secunderabad, Khairatabad, Ameerpet, and Uppal whereas light to average rains were witnessed in Qutubullahpur, Serilingampally, Saroornagar, Malkajgiri, and other places

Police Crackdown in Borabanda: Over 220 Houses Searched, Dozens of Vehicles Seized in Cordon & Illegal Parking Drive In response to the instructions issued by the Hyderabad City Police Commissioner, a massive cordon and search operation was conducted under the jurisdiction of the Borabanda Police Station. The operation targeted the Sanjay Nagar and Sri Ram Nagar localities. Led by ACP Govardhan, police teams thoroughly searched over 220 houses in the area. During the operation, authorities seized 29 two-wheelers and 3 auto-rickshaws that lacked valid documentation.
